Abido Dried Mint 30g

Dried mint gives the dishes a great aroma and distinctive taste, which you just can't get with fresh mint, and as such should be seen as a completely different ingredient. They are not interchangeable. Dried mint is great sprinkled in salads or loaded into dressings - I always add a teaspoon to a basic salad from the Middle East chopped from finely chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions, sharpened by squeezing lemon juice and lots of extra virgin olive oil.
