We process your personal data in different situations for different purposes. If you use our website, on which we also use cookies, we use your data mainly to monitor traffic and improve our services. If you register with us, we use your information to maintain your account and provide related functions. If you make a purchase with us, we use your information to process your order, protect your legal claims and fulfill your legal obligations. We also use your contacts and other information to show you and send you our customized offers. If you create an account on the Sabilco.cz website, we process your identification and contact information, your settings, information about your orders (if you buy from us later, even if you buy without logging in), and information about your behavior on the website and reading behavior. e-mails also on the basis of our legitimate interest (ie without your consent), in order to:

obtaining information on the basis of which we will be able to improve our services for you in the future in order to make your shopping with us even better, in particular ascertaining your satisfaction with our services; our legitimate interest here is to improve our services for you and

In order to prepare a tailor-made offer for you, we analyze the above data and obtain other derived data from them, which we use for this purpose. For this purpose, we use personal data for the time necessary to process your order, or settlement of a contractual request, such as a complaint.

Processing based on legitimate interest

If you purchase from us, we will store your identification and contact details and details of your orders based on our legitimate interest (without your consent) in order to protect legal claims and our internal records and control. So if you bought BIO yogurt from us, we can address you with a targeted offer for another assortment in BIO quality. From your purchase, we can also judge which customer group you belong to and send you an offer for related products that may be of interest to you accordingly. If you do not have an account with us, we will not adjust the offers according to the goods you have viewed on our website or according to which links you have opened in the submitted offers.

We’ll also use your order information to create customized bids and targeted ads that we display to you on the web, as described in If you visit our site.

We also find out your satisfaction with our services through e-mail questionnaires within the Verified by customers program, in which Sabilco.cz is involved. We send them to you every time you buy from us unless you refuse to send our offers. For sending questionnaires, evaluating your feedback, and analyzing our market position, we use a processor, which is the operator of the Heureka.cz portal, as described in the section Who processes your personal data and to whom do we pass it on?; For these purposes, we may pass on information about the purchased goods and your e-mail address to the operator of the Heureka.cz portal. Your personal data is not passed on to any third party for its own purposes when sending e-mail questionnaires. You can object to the sending of e-mail questionnaires within the Customer Verified program at any time by rejecting other questionnaires using the link in the e-mail with the questionnaire. In case of your objection, we will not send you the questionnaire further.

In order to protect legal claims and our internal records and control, we process data for the duration of the limitation period of 3 years and one year after its expiration with regard to claims asserted at the end of the limitation period. In the event of legal, administrative or other proceedings, we process your personal data to the extent necessary for the duration of such proceedings and the remainder of the limitation period after its termination.

For the other purposes mentioned, we use personal data for a maximum of 6 months, with the exception of submission for a preliminary assessment of whether you are entitled to deferred payment, which we make once in your purchase.

You have the right to object to such processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest.

Processing on the basis of fulfillment of legal obligations

We too must fulfill certain statutory obligations. If we process your personal data for this very reason, we do not need to obtain your consent for such processing. for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, in particular pursuant to Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax and Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting;

in order to protect legal claims and our internal records and control; our legitimate interests here are the protection of legal claims and the control of the proper provision of our services.

For the preparation, conclusion and fulfillment of the contract with our customer, we use personal data for the time necessary to process the order. After this period, we will retain the data based on our legitimate interest in order to protect legal claims and our internal records and control, for a limitation period of 3 years and one year after its expiration with regard to claims asserted at the end of the limitation period. Our company stores only basic information about the payment card in case you save your payment card with us.
