Ingredients: dried glucose syrup, fully hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm and coconut oil), vegetable emulsifier (E472a from palm oil), milk protein, thickener (E463), skimmed milk powder, nature-identical cream flavor, anticaking agent (E551).

Contains milk. May contains traces of wheat & soya

preparation:

1 - empty the contents of the envelope into a cup of cold water (200 ml) or a cup of cold milk as needed.

2 whisks/whisk very quickly with a hand or electric beater for 3 to 4 minutes until the mixture rises and is ready.

3 - you can store in the fridge after covering and reuse by adding two tablespoons of cold water if it seems too thick to you.
