Ingredients: Turkey, beef, beef fat, table salt, spices, dextrose, beetroot juice extracts, spice extracts, antioxidant: sodium sorbate; maturing cultures, smoke. Cover: 2% pepper, edible beef gelatine, preservative: potassium sorbate. I made 100 g of salami from 60 g of turkey and 41 g of beef.
