Dough: Wheat flour (wheat gluten, enhancer: a-amylase 1-cysteine, enzymes), vegetable fat (in varying proportions partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (cottonseed oil and/or sunflower oil) and partially hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm oil, palm kernel oil), water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidifying agent: citric acid, flavoring, coloring: 13-carotene, water, sugar, salt.

Filling: Semolina (wheat), 35% mizithra cheese, 5% feta cheese, 5% white cheese, edesma (non-fat pasteurized cow's milk, non-fat pasteurized condensed cow's milk, vegetable fat: palm oil, milk proteins, salt, non-animal culture, rennet, preservative: potassium sorbate), modified corn starch, vegetable oil: sunflower oil, 1% olive oil, salt, pepper. The product contains cereals (wheat) and milk. It may contain traces of sesame and soybeans.
